01Who is responsible

il2cppMagic is run by EastWhiz, House #222, Dubai Garden, Sahiwal, Punjab, Pakistan. We decide how your data is used and we're who you contact about it: hello@eastwhiz.com.

02What we collect

WhatDetailsWhy
AccountYour email address, and your name if you sign in with Google.To verify you, send updates, and enforce one free sample per email.
Request detailsName, studio/company, WhatsApp number (optional), platform, store link, Unity version, notes, preferred contact.To do the work and reach you about it.
Ownership confirmationYour answer (owner or authorized, and by whom), the time, the wording version, a one-way hash of your IP address, your browser's user agent.Evidence that you confirmed you may have the build analyzed; abuse prevention.
Uploaded filesOnly the game binary (libil2cpp.so, GameAssembly.dll or UnityFramework) and global-metadata.dat. When you drop an APK, IPA or zip, these two files are picked out in your browser; the rest of the game is never uploaded.To list the classes and reconstruct the ones you pick.
Class list and picksClass names and counts read from the metadata; the classes you chose.To show you the picker and tell our team what to build.
MessagesWhat you and our team write on your request page.To answer questions and keep a record of the request.
ChatWhat you type to the assistant on the site.To answer you; to improve answers and follow up on leads.
Where you came fromThe page you started on, the referring site and campaign tags (utm) in the link.To know which channels bring requests.

03What we don't do

  • We don't sell or rent your data, or share it for advertising.
  • We don't use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
  • We don't store your raw IP address with your request, only a one-way hash.
  • We don't publish or show your game, files or deliverables to anyone outside our team without your written permission.

04Services we use

We use a few providers to run the site. They process data on our behalf, under their own security and privacy terms:

ProviderFor
Google Firebase / Google CloudSign-in, database, file storage and the server API (data centres in the United States).
VercelHosting the website.
OpenAIGenerating the chat assistant's replies from what you type in the chat.
Email providerSending sign-in links and updates about your request.

Your data may therefore be processed outside Pakistan. We also disclose data if the law requires it, or to protect our rights in a dispute about a request.

05How long we keep it

  • Uploaded build files: deleted within 90 days after your request is delivered or declined, unless you start paid work with us on the same build.
  • Delivered sample files: available on your request page for 90 days, then deleted. Download them to keep them.
  • Request records and messages: kept for 2 years, so we can honour the one-sample-per-email rule and answer questions about past work.
  • Chat transcripts: kept for 12 months.

06Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest by our providers. Uploaded files are stored privately: you can only write to your own request's upload slots, nobody can browse them, and downloads use links that we revoke once they're no longer needed. Only our team members can open requests in our dashboard, and every action is recorded.

07Your choices and rights

You can ask us to:

  • show you the data we hold about you, or give you a copy;
  • correct it;
  • delete it, including your uploaded files (we may keep a minimal record that the free sample was used);
  • stop sending you optional updates (you can also untick this when you request a sample).

Email hello@eastwhiz.com from the address you used, and we'll reply within 30 days. If you live in a country with its own data protection law (for example the EU or UK), you also have the rights that law gives you, including complaining to your local regulator.

08Cookies and browser storage

We only store what the site needs to work: your sign-in session (kept by Firebase in your browser) and an unfinished sample form, so a refresh doesn't lose your answers. No advertising or analytics cookies.

09Children

Our services are for businesses and adults. We don't knowingly accept requests from anyone under 18.

10Changes and contact

We'll update this page when what we collect or how we use it changes; the date at the top shows the latest version.
